In the personnel management classes, we’ll explore topics such as when to hire your first employee, and how to properly recruit, train and retain workers.  We’ll discuss subjects such as what you can and cannot ask in interviews, the tax and reporting requirements of adding an employee, and much more.  The focus of these classes is to prepare small business owners for the challenges of managing employees.

We are experienced small business owners!  All Minnesota Mentors have owned small businesses and many still do.

Classes start often and are available online.  All personnel classes include one-on-one assistance with your specific personnel issues.
